This is the first picture we took of The Parthenon Columns as it was being painted. Sketched from nature, the sky and some trees have been started. You may notice it has been begun at the farthest distance and is being brought into the elements that are closer. You can see the pencil drawings for the trees on the bluff and the reflections in the water on the center left.
