Inking the plate.
Half the plate has been inked in this picture to show the
change in color.

A series of quick even rolls of the breyer on the plate, turning at right angles
to fill all the lines, aPrinting "Sunlit"
lies the ink in a smooth layer.

Use a moderately firm pressure to push the ink into the lines.
